Return and Exchange Policy


All returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund or exchange.


We offer return labels for US domestic returns. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund or exchange. Domestic returns will be subject to a $6 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached.


Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable for customer returns due to personal reasons (eg. ordered the wrong size, do not like,etc).


International returns are accepted. In addition to the US, we also have a warehouse in Singapore, and we are expanding to more overseas warehouses worldwide to facilitate easy returns. However we are unable to provide return labels for international shipments. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Exchange


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1~2 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.


If you opt to exchange your item, once your return is accepted, the exchange will be processed with the same processing and shipping times as the original order.


Refunds


If your opt for refund, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment once your return is accepted.


Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
