Free shipping on orders over US$79. (Applies to all customers, new or returning.)
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. The total delivery time equals the processing time plus the shipping time.
Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.
Tracking Shipments
You can track your order with the tracking details provided in the shipment notification email or by signing in to your account on Ador.com.
If the carrier's tracking link for your order doesn't show any activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service for further investigation.
Changing Shipping Address
Shipping addresses can be modified before the order is dispatched, but please ensure to promptly notify customer service of any changes. Once the order has been shipped, we will only deliver to the shipping address provided when the order was originally placed.
Missing or Stolen Packages
We know carrier issues and delays can occur. It's possible that some carriers might mark a package as "Delivered" even when it's still out for delivery, and they may physically deliver the package within the next few business days.
After 4 business days, if the carrier's status for your order indicates "Delivered" and you have been unable to find your package after checking the area surrounding your delivery address, please reach out to Customer Service for help.
