I normally wear a M/L so I ordered this in a large since it is fitted. Unfortunately the waist is too tight and I can’t completely zip the side zipper. I will need to return this dress. Arrived Burnt through !! I ordered this dress, it arrived weeks late and when it did , it had a hole burnt through from front to back. The inner adore bag was burnt also!!

It looks nothing like the images / videos you see on market place - DO NOT BUY FROM ADOR or any other Facebook or Instagram market places they are all terrible quality with IMPOSSIBLE returns systems. I thought because this was more expensive than other retailers that I would get better quality but not a chance! It’s NOTHING IS LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. Polyester, poor fitting and I’m a very standard 5ft5in size 10/12 female.
Website says to go to App for customer service.. then nothing there about returns policy. Awaiting a response from Ador…….
